1. When will my order ship?
We handcraft your order with love (and precision). Please allow 3โ5 business days for us to prepare and print your order before it ships out. All products are made in the U.S.
2. How long does shipping take?
โข U.S. orders: 3โ5 business days after processing.
โข Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. territories: Please allow an extra 7โ12 business days.
Note: Shipping times can vary due to factors like weather or courier delays.
3. How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders over $75 ship for free.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, youโll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you donโt see this email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@tonemachinetees.com.
5. Whatโs your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. To start a return, email us at support@tonemachinetees.com. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong or a defective item.
6. Can I exchange an item?
Absolutely. The fastest way is to return the item you have, and once accepted, place a new order for the desired size or design. Shipping charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
7. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong order, email us immediately at support@tonemachinetees.com, and weโll make it right.
8. What makes Tone Machine Tees different?
Weโre musicians making tees for fellow music obsessives. Every design is a love letter to music โ nostalgic, geeky, rebellious, and crafted with heart. This isnโt just merch; itโs a vibe you wear.
9. How do I choose the right size?
We have a detailed Size Chart on every product page.
โข Chest: Measure straight across (not around) the fullest part, about 1 inch below the arms.
โข Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom of the shirt.
If youโre between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a comfy fit.
10. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the U.S. and its territories. International shipping is something weโre exploring soon!
11. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 6 hours of placing them. Email us ASAP at support@tonemachinetees.com if you need assistance.
12. Can I combine discounts with bundle deals?
Bundle discounts are automatically applied when you purchase multiple qualifying items. They can be combined with free shipping on orders over $75, but cannot be combined with other product or order discounts.ย
13. My package is delayed or lost โ what now?
If your package is delayed beyond expected timeframes, contact us at support@tonemachinetees.com, and weโll assist you in tracking it down.
