1. When will my order ship?
We handcraft your order with love (and precision). Please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare and print your order before it ships out. All products are made in the U.S.
2. How long does shipping take?
• U.S. orders: 3–5 business days after processing.
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. territories: Please allow an extra 7–12 business days.
Note: Shipping times can vary due to factors like weather or courier delays.
3. How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders over $75 ship for free.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you don’t see this email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@tonemachinetees.com.
5. What’s your return policy?
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where an item arrives defective or incorrect. Please contact us at support@tonemachinetees.com before sending anything back so we can advise on next steps.
6. Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different size or design is to place a new order for the desired item. Once the new order is placed, we’re happy to assist with a refund for the original item in accordance with our return policy. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
7. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong order, email us immediately at support@tonemachinetees.com, and we’ll make it right.
8. What makes Tone Machine Tees different?
We’re musicians making tees for fellow music obsessives. Every design is a love letter to music — nostalgic, geeky, rebellious, and crafted with heart. This isn’t just merch; it’s a vibe you wear.
9. How do I choose the right size?
We have a detailed Size Chart on every product page.
• Chest: Measure straight across (not around) the fullest part, about 1 inch below the arms.
• Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom of the shirt.
If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a comfy fit.
10. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the U.S. and its territories. International shipping is something we’re exploring soon!
11. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 6 hours of placing them. Email us ASAP at support@tonemachinetees.com if you need assistance.
12. Can I combine discounts with bundle deals?
Bundle discounts are automatically applied when you purchase multiple qualifying items. They can be combined with free shipping on orders over $75, but cannot be combined with other product or order discounts.
13. My package is delayed or lost — what now?
If your package is delayed beyond expected timeframes, contact us at support@tonemachinetees.com, and we’ll assist you in tracking it down.
