Please allow 3–5 business days for printing before your order ships.
Estimated delivery after shipping:
U.S. orders: 3–5 business days
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. territories: add 7–12 business days
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Orders over $75 ship free.
Shipping times may vary due to weather or carrier delays.
2. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 6 hours of being placed.

3. What if there’s a problem with my order?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, delayed, or lost, contact us right away at support@tonemachinetees.com.
We’ll look into it and make it right.
4. What’s your return & exchange policy?
Every Tone Machine Tees shirt is printed to order just for you.
Because items are made to order, we don’t offer traditional returns or direct exchanges for customer selection errors. We ask that you carefully review your sizing and double-check your shipping address and email before completing checkout.
If you need a different size or design, the quickest solution is to place a new order — and we’re always happy to assist where we can.
